    Default Installing a compute node

I've been working with Platform OCS 5.3 recently, and just downloaded the newest build of the Dell Edition, Build 2166.
I installed the Frontend on a Dell 1435 and everything ran fine with no issues (OS is RHEL 5.1).
I try to add my first compute node (also a Dell 1435) and it's acting like it does not see the disk drive at all--like it's missing the mpt-fusion driver in the initrd. As a result, of course, the installation fails.
How do I install the correct disk driver in the initrd so the addhost function will install the node?
I am using the compute-diskfull package-based installation method for the compute nodes.

    Hi

Have you tried using RHEL 5.3? OCS 5.3 is compatible with RHEL 5.3.

Unfortunatley, I do not have access to RHEL 5.3. We are a small shop that performs cluster installs, configuration, and setup for the vendor at the customer site. I've been working with OCS 5.3 to learn it and the differences between 5 and the earlier 4 series.

However, I have "solved" the issue in the form of a workaround for anyone who has/will run into this:

    mv /tftpboot/kusu/initrd-rhel5.3-5.x86_64.img /tftpboot/kusu/initrd-rhel5.3-5.x86_64.img.bkup
    cp /depot/repos/1000/isolinux/initrd.img /tftpboot/kusu/initrd-rhel5.3-5.x86_64.img

then re-run addhost and it should work. It worked for me.
