Default "Insufficient free space..." error message when

I am getting an error when installing a compute node that says,
"Insufficient free space in volume group" (or something very similar).
There is an existing partition on the system from a previous Kusu
install. My initial guess is that the existing partition is not
deleted, and there isn't enough drive space to create a new partition
for the installation. Is there a way to specify or force the install to
    remove the existing partition(s)?

    Thanks,

    Brock Taylor

    Hi

Which version of Kusu are you using? You can find out the version via
    /etc/kusu-release.

    I am using Kusu 0.6 (build 2856).

I did get the compute node to image, but I had to delete the volume
group _and_ the partitions of the existing installation before it
    worked.

    Hi Brock,

What was the layout of the partitions before you installed the node?

Also, you may want to check out if this is the same as the reported
    issue #534. (http://bugs.osgdc.org/browse/KUSU-534)

If it's the same, then the issue has been fixed and will be available in
version 0.8_devel when it is released.

Default "Insufficient free space..." error message

Thanks, George. Sorry for the lag - I was out of the office. I've just
installed using the default partitioning. This could be the same issue
as the bug you pointed to below, so I'll try the new version when
possible and see if that takes care of it.

I google partition manager find some freeware bellow:

paragon PARAGON Software Group - partitioning, drive backup, hard disk maintenance
    I have not used,no comment!

    easeus partition manager
    I download from brother soft
Download EASEUS Partition Manager, EASEUS Partition Manager 1.6.4 Download

It worked OK, but failed when i tried to merge partition. so i have to allocated the free space to another partition. Partition magic may merge two partitions which will cost you $69.95

    cute partition manager
Partition free software - Cute Partition Manager, Bootpart, R-Linux...
