New Nodegroup?
I'm not sure if I need a new nodegroup defined or not.
I'm trying to create an IO node in a largish (142 nodes) cluster. The head node has a unique name (hd1), and the customer would like the IO node to have one similar (hd2). Both the head node and the IO node will be visible to the outside network.
The IO node will have about 100TB of storage attached to it that I would like to share among the compute nodes (nsf).
How can I create this IO node with the name being just hd2, without the rack, rank information?
I've tried ngedit to create a new nodegroup, but the installer group is not allowed to be copied.
Thanks!
