Ability too chose wich inteface too use ase default route.
When using Kuzu there is no way to use a second non provision interface as the default route for compute nodes.
In several cases I have had to write custom startup scripts to manually change the routing table to allow another router to be used as default gateway.
Config Example:
eth0 - Used for provisioning and inter cluster communication.
eth1 - Connected to corporate network, ip address assigned by DHCP server on corporate network.
In this scenario it is not possible with Kuzu to make the compute node use the default route specified by the corporate DHCP server as the systems default gateway.
In Kuzu you have to either use the Provisioning/Master node as default router, or place a router "leg" in the cluster provisioning ip subnet.
This is a major dissadvantage in some configurations. The "ngedit" tool should let the user choose which interface to use for default route/gateway.
