I tried to install EGO Eclipse Plug-in to my Windows env with the followng steps.

1.Go to the menu [Help] -> Software Updates -> Find and Install
2.Check the "Search for new features to install" and push [Next]
3.Push "New Local Site" and specify the local folder for EGO Eclipse Plug-in.
4.Check "EGODE123/com.platform.ego.updatessite.nt-x86"
5.Push [Finish]

Then the following eroor dialogue appears.

No features found on the selected site(s). Choose a different site or site category

#Of courese, I've installed CDT, EMF and SDO.

Do you have these already installed? You can verify by looking for installed plugins through:
Help ->About Eclipse->Plugin details and looking for Platform Computing.

What versions of CDT did you install?

Unfortunately, the Eclipse Plugin on Windows does not support the C API, only the Web Service samples.
