Thread: Checkpointing and Synopsys EDA Tools

Is any one implementing checkpointing with LSF?
I would like to see If I can implement checkpointing for Synopsys EDA Tools
Hspice,Hsim and VCS to be specific.

Do you know if I can implement checkpointing with these applications ?
Any thing I should be aware off before starting this venture ?
Do I need any other additional software other than LSF to implement checkpointing on the above applications ?
Do you know any LSF Admins who currently have checkpointing enabled in their environment ?
