Here is the procedure to install svn on your frontend.
The following rpms are needed :
neon-0.24.7-4.x86_64.rpm
guile-1.6.4-14.x86_64.rpm
swig-1.3.21-6.x86_64.rpm
You can install them using the following commands :
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.4.0/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.4.0/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/neon-0.24.7-4.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.4.0/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.4.0/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/guile-1.6.4-14.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.4.0/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.4.0/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/swig-1.3.21-6.x86_64.rpm
Then, you will be able to install subversion using this command:
rpm -ivh /state/partition1/home/install/ftp.rocksclusters.org/pub/rocks/rocks-4.4.0/rocks-dist/rolls/os/4.4.0/x86_64/RedHat/RPMS/subversion-1.1.4-2.ent.x86_64.rpm
