Coming from the perspective of someone who installs and/or debugs a lot of LSF installations, I would add the following:

lsid - first simple "sanity check" to make sure my path is set right, and the LIM is up, etc.

lsadmin reconfig - restarts the LIMs

lshosts - show static host information

In a MultiCluster environment, you can add:

lsclusters
bclusters
