My first question: Is the Platform Lava 1.0 backwards compatible with the old Flatform Lava 6.1?

interesting question. I cannot say for sure as I am just experimenting with lava.

But as I found out there are some incompabilities. I tried to run the lavagui-6.1 with lava 1.0 and it did not work out as the gabd of the lavagui did not successfully talk to the new lim and co.

"Lava 1.0 is command-line compatible with Lava 6.1 (old version)."
